TRITON 3 RIO DE JANEIRO 2026
The TRITON 3 Rio de Janeiro is a triathlon event held on August 21, 22, and 23, 2026, at the Portobello Resort & Safári. This unique competition spans three consecutive days, with each day dedicated to one discipline: swimming on Friday, cycling on Saturday, and running on Sunday.
Participants can choose from three distance options—SPRINT, MIDDLE, and LONG—offering a range of challenges: SPRINT (1 km swim, 30 km bike, 10 km run), MIDDLE (2 km swim, 60 km bike, 20 km run), and LONG (3 km swim, 90 km bike, 30 km run). The event welcomes individual competitors and teams in a corporate relay format for the Sprint distance.
The race features looped courses for all disciplines, enhancing visibility and safety, with scenic routes including the Serra do Piloto for cycling and coastal landscapes for running. The event is part of the Triton World Series, with a unique scoring system that balances performance across all three disciplines, making it a strategic and demanding triathlon experience.
