Course format: Circuit of 7 functional training stations with 600m runs between each station, total running distance 4.2 km
Race routes: Seven stations with exercises: 600m run, 1000m rowing, 4x10m slam ball throw, 200m kettlebell farm carry, 1000m ski erg, 100m dumbbell walking lunges, 100m burpees broad jump, 100 wall ball throws
Prizes: €8000 prize pool distributed among top 3 overall finishers in each category, plus medals for top 3 in each age group
