Event summary
The II Night Urban TrailRun Vales de Vimioso is a night urban trail running event taking place on August 1, 2026, in Vimioso. The race features a 16 km trail run and a 6 km non-competitive walk.
The event is open to athletes affiliated with the Portuguese Athletics Federation and individual popular runners, with foreign athletes participating by invitation only. The race starts at 20:30 and finishes in the center of Vimioso.
Participants compete in various age categories from Sub-20 to Vet 70+, with trophies awarded to the top three finishers in each category and gender. The event is organized by Motoclub Vimioso Furões in collaboration with the Municipality of Vimioso and supported technically by the Associação de Atletismo de Bragança.
