Bib pick-up time and location: 07:00–08:30 at Cais da Folgosa do Douro

Registration deadline: September 28, 2026, 23:59 (for licensed and one-day licensed athletes)

Surface types: Asphalt roads for cycling and running; swim in the Douro River

Course format: Road triathlon and duathlon with laps for cycling and running segments

Race routes:
• Swim: Marked course in the Douro River near Cais da Folgosa do Douro
• Cycling: Asphalt laps on N222 and connecting roads between PT1 and PT2
• Running: Asphalt laps with minimal elevation, finish at PT2 in Armamar

Toilets and aid station placement:
• Aid stations with solid and liquid supplies at start and midpoints of running laps, finish and recovery zone for Medium and Super Sprint distances
• Sealed water bottles at other aid stations

Prizes: Individual and team trophies for absolute, age groups, clubs, and relay teams across all race formats
