Popular Run Costa Nova do Prado

Costa Nova do Prado Popular Race is a road running event taking place on June 27, 2026, in Costa Nova do Prado, Ílhavo. The event features a certified 10 km competitive race, a 5.5 km community walk, and a 500-meter kids race, offering participation opportunities for both competitive runners and recreational participants.

The main race is open to federated and non-federated athletes aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality, and follows an officially measured and World Athletics-certified course. The event also includes a non-competitive walk open to all ages and a children’s race for ages 4 to 13.

Organized by the Municipality of Ílhavo as part of Semana Jovem 2026, the event includes electronic chip timing, team and age-group classifications, prize money, athlete kit, aid stations, insurance coverage, and finisher medals.
