The 5th Trail Vilarinho de Cima takes place on 7 February 2027 in Gandra, in the municipality of Paredes. The event brings together two competitive trail races and a recreational walk, with all routes exploring the trails and paths surrounding Gandra.
Participants can choose between the approximately 21 km Long Trail, the 13 km Short Trail and an 8 km non-competitive walk. The Long Trail starts at 09:00, followed by the Short Trail at 09:20 and the walk at 09:30.
Both trail races use timing and course checkpoints, while the walk is recreational and does not use a timing chip. Participants must carry a mobile phone, whistle, water container and their own drinking cup, as disposable cups will not be provided at aid stations.
Registration includes an official T-shirt, race bib, personal accident insurance, refreshments and a finisher medal. The event also includes individual and team prizes, emergency support and post-race showers.

The Évora Half Marathon returns on 21 and 22 November 2026 with a programme designed for runners, walkers and younger participants. Organised by the Municipality of Évora, the event brings together a 21.1 km Half Marathon, a 10 km race, a 5 km recreational walk and the Run Kids programme.
Saturday is dedicated to younger runners, with Run Kids races from 300 metres to 1 km starting and finishing at Praça do Giraldo. On Sunday, the 5 km walk starts at 09:15, followed by the Half Marathon and 10 km race at 10:00. All three Sunday events start at the Aqueduto da Água de Prata and finish at Praça do Giraldo.
The Half Marathon and 10 km are competitive races with electronic chip timing and official classifications, while the walk and Run Kids are non-competitive and untimed. Aid stations are provided according to each distance, and medical assistance is available throughout the event.
All participants receive a technical event T-shirt, while those who complete their event receive a participation medal. The programme also includes financial prizes in the Half Marathon and 10 km, along with an electronic participation diploma.

The 12th Granfondo Serra da Estrela takes place on 27 June 2027, starting in Manteigas and taking cyclists through the spectacular mountain landscape of Serra da Estrela.
The event offers Granfondo and Mediofondo formats and is officially defined as a cyclotourism event rather than a competitive race. Timing is carried out using an electronic chip, which participants must validate at the designated control points. The organisation may also use surprise checkpoints. The event is organised in semi-autonomy, with refreshments provided at the finish, so athletes should carry enough food and liquids to meet their needs during the course.
