Toilets and aid station placement: One aid station with liquid refreshments at approximately 7 km (Ribeira do Natal)
Prizes: Individual medals for top three finishers in each age category; prize ceremony immediately after last finisher at Porto de Recreio de Machico
Cancellation & refund policy: Refunds are available only for medical reasons with a doctor’s certificate and proof of payment sent by email. Cancellation requests must be sent to ludensmachico@gmail.com. No cancellations by phone are accepted. Refund amounts vary depending on the request date and costs incurred by the organization. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control before the registration deadline, a partial refund will be issued.
