Cut-off times:
Stage 1: 10 min to start, CP1 at 13.3 km in 2:00h, finish in 5:00h
Stage 2: 10 min to start, CP1 at 11.6 km in 2:30h, CP2 at 18.7 km in 5:00h, finish in 7:00h
Stage 3: 10 min to start, CP1 at 11.5 km in 2:30h, CP2 at 23.7 km in 4:30h, finish in 7:00h
Bib pick-up time and location: October 22, 18:00–22:00 at Mercado Municipal da Horta; also at start of each stage
Participants limit: 80 total
Surface types: Technical trails with steps, dirt, stones, pastures, and wide paths
Course format: Three-stage race across three islands

• Stage 1: From Vineyards to The Mountain (Pico) 25 km
• Stage 2: Fajãs Trail (São Jorge) 27.8 km

Timing method: Electronic chip timing with manual controls at some points; chip fixed on back of bib
Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations provide food and drink; no disposable cups provided, athletes must bring their own cup
Parking and shuttle details: Transfers by ferry and bus provided exclusively for registered athletes according to schedule
Drop bag policy: One clothing bag tag provided per athlete for all three stages; bags transported to finish area of each stage
Prizes: Trophies for top 3 overall men and women, top 3 in age categories, and top 3 teams; awards ceremony on October 25 at 20:00 at Mercado Municipal da Horta
Cancellation & refund policy: Refunds can be requested until October 5, 2026, under specific conditions such as serious illness or injury. No refunds after this date. Cancellation due to weather or force majeure does not entitle refund.
