Cancellation & refund policy: The event may be cancelled due to natural disasters, strikes, demonstrations, or government restrictions. In case of cancellation, registration fees may be refunded minus payment processing fees or transferred to a new event date. Registrations remain valid if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the organizer’s control.
