Event summary
The Góis Challenge is a team-based CrossTraining and hybrid workout competition held on August 8, 2026, at Parque de lazer do Cerejal, Góis. The event features a race format where teams of four complete a sequence of running and functional workouts as quickly as possible.
Teams compete in three categories: ELITE and OPEN divisions require mixed teams of two men and two women, while the FRIENDLY category allows mixed or non-mixed teams with a focus on fun and experience. The event welcomes athletes aged 16 and older and offers a unique combination of running, functional movements, and water workouts without the need to know how to swim.
The race atmosphere balances competitive intensity in the ELITE and OPEN divisions with a relaxed, supportive vibe in the FRIENDLY category, making it accessible and enjoyable for a wide range of participants.

Start/finish locations: Parque de lazer do Cerejal, Góis (Parque Hugo Miguel Piteira Barata)
Start times per category/distance: The event uses a heats system; teams start in groups of 4 to 6 with a maximum interval of 20 minutes between heats.
Bib pick-up time and location:
• Friday 17:00–20:00
• Saturday 07:30–13:00
• Location: Parque do Cerejal
Participants limit: Maximum 104 teams (32 competition teams and 72 friendly teams)
Registration deadline: July 31, 2026, or until participant limit is reached
Course format: Teams complete a circuit consisting of running segments and 6 WODs (workouts of the day) in a set order
Timing method: Electronic chip timing controlling partial running times and total official time
Prizes: Podiums for top 3 teams in ELITE and OPEN divisions; awards ceremony after all teams finish, no later than 17:00
