• Benjamins: Run 300m, Bike 1,000m, Run 300m
• Infantis: Run 800m, Bike 2,000m, Run 400m
• Iniciados: Run 1,000m, Bike 4,000m, Run 500m
• Juvenis: Run 2,000m, Bike 6,000m, Run 1,000m
• Cadetes: Run 3,000m, Bike 6,000m, Run 1,500m
Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations with water and fruit at finish and recovery zone; sealed water bottles at other locations
Prizes: Individual trophies for top 3 males and females in each age group; team trophies for top 5 clubs
