Event summary
The StepUp Trail: Nossa Senhora do Pranto is a competitive and recreational trail running event taking place on June 6, 2026, at Parque Abel Lacerda, Sabugosa, Tondela. The event offers three official races: an 8 km walk, a 12 km Mini Trail, and a 17 km Trail.
Open to participants aged 16 and older for the races (with parental authorization) and 5 and older for the walk, the event promotes physical activity, trail running practice, and connection with nature and local heritage.
It is organized by StepUp Academy with local support. The courses feature marked trails with hydration and nutrition stations, and the event includes symbolic prizes for the top three finishers in each category for the competitive distances.
