SWIM GRAND PRIX

The 12th Open Water Swimming Race Fluviário de Mora will take place on July 12, 2026, at Açude do Gameiro in Mora. This open water swimming event offers multiple distances including 200m for cadets, 400m, 1,500m, 3,000m, and a 4x300m relay race.

The races are open to all interested swimmers with age categories for cadets (born 2014 to 2017) and open categories for other distances. The 3,000m race is part of the Alentejo Open Water Circuit. The event features a friendly and inclusive atmosphere with participation prizes for cadets and free registration for some races.

The relay race requires all team members to be registered in another distance, promoting team spirit and competition among clubs.

The XX Bessone Basto Open Water Crossing takes place on July 5, 2026, in Oeiras, along the coastline between Paço de Arcos and Porto de Recreio. This event is part of the XIX National Open Water Circuit 2025–2026, organized under the Portuguese Swimming Federation (FPN).

Held in sea conditions on the Lisbon coastline, the competition includes a 2500m official Circuit race for Open Water (AA) and Masters AA swimmers, as well as 1000m and 250m promotional events. The race contributes to the national ranking standings.

The Global Ocean Cascais 2026 is a swimming race event taking place on July 4, 2026, in Cascais, Portugal. It offers multiple distances including 300m, 1,500m, 3,000m, and a relay format of 4x300m.

The event is open for registration until June 15, 2026, and features electronic timing for accurate results. The start and finish are located at Baía de Cascais (Praia da Ribeira), providing a scenic coastal setting for participants.
