Event summary
The 2 Léguas da Eurocidade 2026 is a running event taking place on October 25, 2026, in Valença. It features four simultaneous races: a competitive 10 km race for athletes aged 18 and over, a 1.5 km Mini Léguas for youth aged 12 to 17, a 5 km walk, and a 500 m Léguazinha for children aged 7 to 11, who may be accompanied by an adult.

Surface types: Mostly flat terrain
Course format: Point-to-point or loop courses as per maps
Race routes:
• 2 Léguas: approx. 10,000 meters mostly flat
• Mini Léguas: approx. 1,500 meters
• Caminhada: approx. 5,000 meters, low difficulty
• Léguazinha: 500 meters
Timing method: Electronic chip timing for 2 Léguas (10 km) only
Toilets and aid station placement: Liquid refreshment stations approximately halfway and at the finish
