Cancellation & refund policy: Full refund of the registration fee is available if a medical certificate proves inability to participate and is submitted at least 30 days before the event. Changes to registration are allowed only until the registration deadline. In case of event cancellation due to external factors, the organization will decide on actions within 30 days after the scheduled date.
