13th Trail of Fátima
Event summary
The 13th Trail de Fátima is a trail running event taking place on October 24-25, 2026, in Fátima and the municipality of Ourém, Portugal. It offers multiple distances including a 45 km Ultra Trail, 30 km Long Trail, 17 km Short Trail, 12 km Mini Trail, a 12 km Walk, a Trail Kids race, and a dog walk.
The Ultra, Long, Short, and Mini Trail races are competitive and certified by the Portuguese Athletics Federation (FPA) and the Santarém Athletics Association (AAS). The Long and Short Trails also count towards the Ribatejo Trail Circuit and the Regional Trail Circuit of AAS. The courses traverse natural trails, agricultural and forest paths, and water lines, with significant elevation gains.
The event welcomes participants aged 18 and over for the Ultra, Long, and Short Trails, 16+ for the Mini Trail, and children aged 5 to 15 for the Trail Kids, with legal guardian consent. The Walk is open to all ages, including minors accompanied by adults. The event promotes healthy lifestyles and connection with nature, including a dog walk to strengthen bonds between owners and pets.

Timing method: Electronic chip timing, chip to be removed only after event completion
Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations at multiple PACs with food and drink handled exclusively by organization
Prizes: Individual, age group, and team awards for Ultra, Long, Short, and Mini Trails; winners secure automatic entry to next edition
