• Multiple aid stations per distance with liquids and food; athletes must carry their own hydration containers

Parking and shuttle details: Participants must arrange their own transport; transfer available for 100km participants from Dem to Caminha upon request

Drop bag policy: For GTSA 100km, drop bags accepted before start and transported to Base de Vida
