Trail dos Arrozais 2026 takes place on September 27, 2026, in Paradela, Águeda, offering a trail running experience through rice fields, forest trails and natural landscapes in the Cértima River valley.
Organized by Sport Clube Paradela Trail/Run Section, the event combines technical trails, rural scenery and fast sections along the iconic arrozais of Recardães and Espinhel, creating a varied and dynamic course environment for trail runners of different levels.
The event includes a Trail Longo, Trail Curto, Mini-Trail, recreational walk and Trail Kids race, and is integrated into the Troféu Trail Terras de Águeda circuit, while also holding FPA certification.
