• Sprint 17K: 18 years and older
• Jovem 12K: 16 years and older (under 18 requires parental authorization)
• Caminhada 9K: up to 18 years or 8 years with parental authorization
• Trail Kids: Sub 10 (up to 9 years, 500 m), Sub 12 (10-11 years, 1000 m), Sub 14 (12-13 years, 2000 m), Sub 16 (14-15 years, 3000 m)

Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations with liquids and solids available along the course
