• Trail Curto 15k: approx. 15 km, 600m positive elevation, technical difficulty level 2
• Trail Longo 30k: approx. 30 km, 1200m positive elevation, technical difficulty level 3

Timing method: Disposable chip timing on bib

Toilets and aid station placement:
• Up to 3 aid stations on Trail Longo 30k
• 2 aid stations on Trail Curto 15k and Caminhada 11k
• Aid stations provide drinks, fresh fruit, and sweet and salty snacks

How do I register for the event?

Registrations are made online at https://www.totalcrono.pt/. Payment must be completed for validation.

Can children participate?

Children under 18 may participate only in the 11 km walk with parental responsibility and authorization. Participation of children under 10 is not advised.

What is the elevation gain of the trails?

The short trail has approximately 600m positive elevation, and the long trail has approximately 1200m positive elevation.

Is special equipment required?

Participants must carry a mobile phone with battery and sufficient water for hydration between aid stations. The long trail includes technical sections requiring ropes for steep barriers.

How do I get my bib number?

Bib pick-up is at the event secretariat on June 27 from 14:00 to 20:00 and on race day from 07:30 at the start/finish location.
