• Swim: 750m rectangular course at Praia Fluvial de Alfaiates
• Bike: 20 km route between Praia Fluvial de Alfaiates and Aldeia do Bispo with 320 m elevation gain, asphalt and some cobblestone sections
• Run: 5 km mostly rural paths in Aldeia do Bispo with 90 m elevation gain

• Swim: 30 minutes, transition 1 closes at 10:00
• Bike: 1 hour 30 minutes, transition 2 closes at 11:30
