Can children participate?

Children aged 16 and above can participate in the Trail Curto and Trail Sprint. The Caminhada allows minors under 16, but those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the cut-off time for the races?

The cut-off time for all timed distances is 4 hours.

Is special clothing or equipment required?

Participants must wear comfortable and appropriate trail running or walking clothing and shoes. Carrying a mobile phone with sufficient battery and a soft flask or cup is mandatory. A flashlight and reflective clothing are recommended.
