The Lisbon Half Marathon is one of the most popular running events in Portugal and every year thousands of athletes try to secure a spot on the starting line.

As expected, registrations for the Lisbon Half Marathon 2026 are now officially sold out. The same happens every year as runners from all over the world travel to Lisbon to experience the iconic start across the 25 de Abril Bridge and the scenic route along the Tagus river.

But if you missed the opportunity to run in Lisbon this year, the good news is that there are still several half marathons in Portugal happening in the coming weeks.

Here are some great races you can still add to your calendar.

Alegro Half Marathon of Setúbal – March 18, 2026

📍 Setúbal

The Alegro Meia Maratona de Setúbal is a classic road race south of Lisbon, known for its vibrant atmosphere and beautiful surroundings near the Arrábida region.

Europarque Half Marathon – March 21, 2026
