• Juvenile BTT: Sub-7 (Pupilos), Sub-9 (Benjamins), Sub-11 (Iniciados), Sub-13 (Infantis), Sub-15 (Juvenis) for both males and females
• 3H Resistance MTB: Sub-17 (Cadetes), Sub-19 (Juniores), Sub-23, Elites, Master 30, Master 40, Master 50, Master 60 for both males and females
• E-Bikes: single category for males and females born before 2007 inclusive

Start/finish locations: Various municipalities including Alenquer, Loures, Mafra, Oeiras, Amadora, and Lisbon (Monsanto)

Start times per category/distance: Events start generally at 9:00 or 15:00 depending on location; Jamor event starts at 19:00

Cut-off times: Maximum time to complete last lap is 30 minutes after the 3-hour race time

Bib pick-up time and location: Bibs and electronic chips are distributed 2 hours before each event start at designated secretariat zones

Participants limit: 500 athletes per event

Surface types: Mountain bike circuits approximately 4 to 7 km for 3H Resistance; 500 m to 3 km for juvenile races

Course format: Circuit races with marked routes using plates and tapes

How do I register for the event?

Registrations must be done exclusively online at www.apedalar.pt before the deadlines for each of the six races. Payment is required via multibanco reference generated during registration.

Can children participate?

Yes, juvenile categories are available for ages 5 and up with specific age groups and shorter race distances. Minors without a sports license must present a signed authorization from a guardian.

What equipment is mandatory?

Use of a homologated cycling helmet is mandatory for all participants, properly worn at all times during the race.

What is the race format and distance?

The main 3H Resistance MTB race is a 3-hour endurance race on circuits approximately 4 to 7 km long. Juvenile races have shorter circuits from 500 meters to 3 km depending on age category.

How are the race results determined?

Classification is based on the number of laps completed within the 3-hour time limit and passing all control points, timed electronically with chips.
