• Aid stations: 8 km run – water at 5 km and water and apple at finish; 4 km walk – water at finish

Prizes: Trophy for 1st place and medals for 2nd and 3rd place overall (male/female) in the 8 km run; unclaimed prizes can be collected within 30 days at Xistarca

Timing method: Chip timing for the 8 km run (chip on bib, cannot be folded)
