The 1st Trail Saloios is a trail running event taking place on May 31, 2026, in Arneiros, Ventosa, Torres Vedras, Lisbon. It features two trail distances of 18 km and 13 km, plus a 6 km walking category.

Course format: Trail running and walking routes through rural and forest paths, marked with white and red ribbons and informative signs

• Caminhada: approx. 6 km, D+/- 300 m
• Mini Trail: approx. 12 km, D+/- 500 m
• Trail: approx. 18 km, D+/- 800 m

Timing method: Electronic chip timing for Trail and Mini Trail

Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations with solid and liquid supplies on routes according to distance; no disposable utensils provided

Prizes: Awards for top 3 overall male and female in Trail and Mini Trail only; no age group or walking prizes

    Corço Challenge

    Corço Challenge is an obstacle race taking place on May 31, 2026, in the village of Grijó, Macedo de Cavaleiros. The race covers approximately 10 km with 25 natural and artificial obstacles, including wooden pyramids, walls, tires, mud puddles, and more.

    Participants can choose between Elite and Fun categories, with Elite requiring strict obstacle completion and Fun allowing optional obstacle crossing with a minimum of five. The event welcomes individuals aged 14 and above, offering both competitive and recreational experiences.

  • 20th Run of the Bridges

    20th Run of the Bridges

    The 20th Corrida das Pontes and 20th Corrida da Família will take place on May 31, 2026, in Coruche. The event features a 10 km certified road race and family runs/walks of 3 km and 5 to 8 km distances.

    The Corrida das Pontes is open to runners aged 18 and above, divided into multiple age categories from juniors to veterans. The family run is open to all ages and is non-competitive, offering a welcoming atmosphere for participants of all levels.
