    Horizontes Backyard Ultra is not about speed — it’s about endurance. The race follows the classic Backyard Ultra format: complete a 6.706 km loop in under one hour. A new loop starts every hour. If you don’t finish in time or don’t start the next loop, you’re out. The race continues until only one athlete remains — the Last One Standing.

    This format tests consistency, mindset, strategy, nutrition and rest management more than any fixed-distance race.
