• Sprint 19 km – 4 hours
• Mini 14 km – 3 hours
• Walk 10 km – no cut-off time

Bib pick-up time and location:
• March 28, 15:00–20:00 at Centro Cultural e Recreativo Dianteiro
• March 29, 07:30–09:00 at the same location

Course format: Marked point-to-point and looped trails with mandatory passage through control points

Toilets and aid station placement: Aid stations with solid and liquid supplies at 7 km and further points; no disposable cups provided, athletes must carry their own

Prizes: Awards for top 3 in each age category and overall male and female winners; team classification based on top three finishers per gender
