Oeiras Triathlon
Event summary
The XXXIX Triatlo de Oeiras takes place on May 9 and 10, 2026, in Oeiras, Portugal. Organized by the Portuguese Triathlon Federation with the support of Oeiras Municipality, the event includes several national championship races in the sprint triathlon format for Elite, Junior, Cadet, Age Group and Paratriathlon athletes, as well as an Open Race in the super-sprint format. The race consists of swimming at Praia da Torre, followed by a cycling segment along the Marginal road and a running segment also along the seafront in Oeiras.

Participation
Elite, Junior, Cadet, Age Group and Paratriathlon events are open to athletes born in 2010 or earlier.
The Open Race is open to athletes born in 2012 or earlier, individually or in relay teams.

Time Limit
45 minutes cut-off after the start in the Age Group race.
