• 10 Km race: Start at Praça do Império, right turn to Avenida da Índia towards Algés, turnaround 50m before Algés traffic lights, back along Avenida da Índia towards Alcântara, turnaround in front of Hospital CUF Tejo, return to Praça do Império finish
• 4 Km walk: Start at Praça do Império, right turn to Avenida da Índia towards Algés, turnaround 50m before Algés traffic lights, return to Praça do Império finish
Timing method: Electronic chip timing integrated in bib for 10 Km race; no timing for 4 Km walk
