Race routes:
• Trail Sprint K19: 19 km with 530 m elevation gain, coastal and forest trails, parts of GR11-E9
• Trail K13: 12.7 km with 400 m elevation gain, similar terrain to K19 but shorter loop
• Caminhada K11: 11 km walk using sections of the trail routes

Timing method: Electronic chip timing embedded in bib

Toilets and aid station placement:
• Toilets at start/finish area (Bar da Praia)
• Aid stations with liquids and solids at Km 6.8 and Km 14 for Trail K19
• Aid stations at Km 6.8 and finish for Trail K13 and Caminhada K11
