Start times per category/distance:
• 3H Endurance main race: 14:00 or 15:00 depending on location
• Juvenile races start 20, 30, or 40 minutes before the end of the 3H race depending on category
• Sub-17 and Sub-19 start later during the 3H race to complete 1 or 2 hours respectively

Cut-off times: Maximum 30 minutes allowed to complete the last lap after the 3-hour race time ends

Bib pick-up time and location: 2 hours before the start of each event at designated secretariat

Participants limit: 500 athletes per event

Surface types: Mountain bike circuits approximately 4 to 7 km for 3H race; 500 m to 3 km for juvenile races

Course format: Circuit races with marked routes using plates and tapes

Race routes: 4-7 km circuits for 3H endurance; 1-3 km circuits for juvenile races; specific shorter course for youngest categories
