The Corrida do Dragão 2026 is a running event scheduled for October 25, 2026, at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto. This event gathers over 12,000 participants, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with the spirit of FC Porto.

It welcomes runners and walkers alike, including fans and entire families, making it a community-focused race that celebrates sport, emotion, and unity. Participants will experience the unique energy of the stadium and the city through the race course.

The Mangualde Trail – Desafio dos Santos is a trail running event taking place on October 25, 2026, in Mangualde, Viseu, Portugal. It features four race types: a Long Trail of approximately 25 km, a Short Trail of approximately 15 km, a Mini-Trail of approximately 8 km, and an 8 km Walk.

This event is part of the Circuito de Trail da Beira Alta 2026, constituting its 8th stage. It welcomes participants from age 11 and up, with specific age requirements for each race type, and includes categories for all levels, from athletes to walkers.

The race offers a unique opportunity to explore Mangualde’s natural trails and autumn landscapes, combining sport, nature, and local cultural celebration during the traditional Feira dos Santos festival.

The Estrela Road Challenge 2026 is a challenging road running event taking place in Manteigas, Serra da Estrela, Portugal, on October 24-25, 2026. It features demanding courses that test endurance and strength amidst spectacular mountain scenery.

Participants can choose between three race formats: the Uphill® 21 km race with 1600 m positive elevation gain, the Uphill + Downhill® 42 km race with 3200 m total elevation change, and the 42 km Relay Team® race where one runner completes the Uphill and the other the Downhill segment. The event is open to athletes aged 18 and above, requiring good physical condition and experience due to its mountain terrain.

Set in the natural park of Serra da Estrela, the race offers unique landscapes of mountainous roads with strict environmental and social responsibility values. The atmosphere is competitive yet respectful and supportive, emphasizing ethics and solidarity among runners, volunteers, and organizers.

The 6th Night Run Urban Trail will take place on October 24, 2026, at Expotorres in Torres Vedras. This urban trail running event offers two timed race options: a 20 km trail divided into three independent timed segments and a 13 km trail with two timed segments.

Participants can also choose a 13 km adventure walk on the same course without timing or an 8 km guided walk. The race is open to all, with participants free to choose the order and timing between segments, starting between 18:00 and 20:45, with a finish deadline at 21:30.

The course features a night-time urban and natural trail setting around Torres Vedras, including landmarks such as Forte de São Vicente and Castro do Zambujal. The event is part of the Festas de Torres Vedras and includes competitive and non-competitive options.
