The 19th Corrida Intermarché Caldas das Taipas is a running event scheduled for June 7, 2026, in Vila de Caldas das Taipas, Guimarães. It features a main 10km race for federated and non-federated athletes born in 2008 or earlier, a 5km walk open to all participants, and youth races for younger age groups.

The event welcomes a wide range of participants from children to veterans, with specific races and distances for different age categories. The races take place on various streets of the town, starting and finishing at Alameda Rosas Guimarães, creating a community-focused and inclusive atmosphere.

It is an officially certified competition included in the World Athletics calendar, ensuring a high standard of organization and competition. The event also offers team classifications and monetary prizes, enhancing the competitive spirit.

The AMS Ribeira de Gerem Trail Experience 2026 is a trail running event scheduled for June 7, 2026, in Avidos, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal. It features a 15 km trail running race with approximately 500 meters of positive elevation gain and a 7 km walk with reduced difficulty.

The trail race is part of the Campeonato Concelhio de Trail in the Trail Curto category, attracting runners aged 18 and above. The course traverses natural and sometimes wild terrain with natural and artificial obstacles, mainly within the parish of Avidos and neighboring areas, showcasing beautiful landscapes.

The event also includes a non-competitive 7 km walk, making it accessible to a wide range of participants and promoting healthy lifestyle habits in the community. The race atmosphere is festive and community-oriented, with a post-race social lunch planned.

The Corrida de Santiago de Subarrifana – CSRDC Santiago de Subarrifana 42nd Anniversary is a running event taking place on June 7, 2026, in Santiago de Subarrifana, Penafiel, Portugal. The main race is a 10 km run starting at 10:45, open to both federated and non-federated athletes born in 2008 or earlier.

Before the main race, there are six separate youth races for various age groups, from Minis (born 2019-2021) to Juvenis (born 2009-2010), as well as a non-competitive 5 km solidarity walk open to all ages. The 10 km race consists of two laps of a 5 km circuit around the town, with start and finish at Av. General Humberto Delgado.

The event is organized by CSRDC Santiago de Subarrifana with support from local authorities and athletics associations, offering a festive atmosphere with multiple categories and a solidarity walk supporting local volunteer firefighters.
