• Sub-14 and Sub-16: 1 km from Cais along Rua do Cais, turning at 500m near sports complex Pedra D’Eira, back to Cais
• Main race: 4.1 km starting at Estrada de São Lourenço, passing through multiple streets including Rua Garcia Moniz, Rua da Pedra d’Eira, Rua da Banda do Silva, Rua de São Sebastião, Rua do Pescador, Rua da Igreja Nova, Rua da Baixinha, and Rua do Porto, finishing at Cais
