The Vitalis Kids Challenge by Hyundai 2nd Stage is a free athletics event for children born between 2009 and 2023, promoting sports practice and healthy habits from an early age. It will take place on May 3, 2026, starting at 9:30 AM at the Inatel Parque de Jogos Ramalde athletics track.

The event features multiple running distances according to age categories, ranging from 600 meters to 3000 meters, all held on the athletics track. Participation is open to all children within the specified age groups, regardless of club affiliation.

All participants receive a medal and event t-shirt, with individual classifications awarding the top three in each age category. The race fosters a family-friendly and inclusive atmosphere encouraging youth engagement in athletics.

The Corrida da Mãe 2026 is a running event taking place on May 3, 2026, in Lisbon, starting and finishing at Parque Ribeirinho do Oriente. It features multiple distances including a Kids Race of 500 meters, a Mini-Corrida of 5 km, a main 10 km race, and a 5 km walk.

The event is open to all participants, with the 10 km race specifically for those aged over 18. It celebrates mothers and offers a festive atmosphere with routes along Avenida Infante D. Henrique and surrounding areas.

The race includes trophies for the top five finishers in the 10 km and 5 km races, and medals for all finishers, making it a family-friendly and inclusive event.

The 2nd Half Marathon of the Santiago Municipality will take place on May 3, 2026, in Vila Nova de Santo André, Setúbal. This running event offers competitive distances of 21.097 km (half marathon) and 8 km (mini marathon), as well as a non-competitive 8 km walk and youth races with distances according to age.

The event is open to all participants and organized by the Santiago do Cacém City Council with support from local sports associations. The courses start and finish on Avenida de Sines near Parque Central, providing a structured and community-supported race atmosphere.

Alongside the main races, there are youth races for various age groups, making it inclusive for younger athletes. The event promotes sport practice, gender equality, and regional traditions.

Trilhos do Alecrim 2026 is a trail running event taking place on May 3, 2026, in Serro Ventoso, Porto de Mós. The event features two competitive races: a Mini Trail of approximately 11-12 km and a Short Trail of approximately 20-21 km, along with a non-competitive 10 km walk.

Open to all participants, the event is part of the Troféu Trail Porto de Mós 2026 series. The courses offer significant elevation changes, with the Mini Trail having about 450 meters of ascent and descent, and the Short Trail about 900 meters, showcasing the natural and emblematic landscapes of the region.

The atmosphere includes competitive racing with individual and team classifications, as well as a parallel family-friendly walk, making it suitable for a wide range of participants.
