Can children participate?

Children under 12 can participate in the 5 km walk with a special registration fee. They receive a medal, insurance, and a bib. Registration for children requires contacting the organization.

How to register?

Registration is done online via goinonline.pt starting March 20, 2026. Payment confirmation is required within 48 hours for multibanco or 5 minutes for MBWay.

What is the cut-off time?

The maximum duration for the race and walk is 1 hour 20 minutes. Participants must pass the 5 km checkpoint within 45 minutes or abandon the race.

Is special equipment required?

Participants must wear the bib visibly on the chest or abdomen during the race. Wheelchair athletes must use certified equipment and wear a helmet.

How to get bibs?

Bibs can be picked up on February 14 from 10:30 to 18:00 and on race day from 08:00 to 10:00 at Parque da Canção Coimbra.
