• 5 km Run and Relay: 18 years and older
• Walk 5 km: open to all ages
• 5 km Run age groups: Juniors and Seniors (18-34), Vet I (35-39), Vet II (40-44), Vet III (45-49), Vet IV (50-54), Vet V (55-59), Vet VI (60-64), Vet VII (65-69), Vet VIII (70+)

Start/finish locations: Parque Verde, Carnide

Start times per category/distance:
• Kids Race: 09:00
• Pedalar 5 km: 09:15
• Corrida 5 km: 10:00
• Caminhada 5 km: 10:00
• Estafeta 5 km + 5 km: 11:30

Bib pick-up time and location:
• May 7, 10:00–18:30 at Xistarca facilities
• May 8, 10:00–20:00 at Xistarca facilities
• May 9, 08:00–09:00 at the start location (with a €3.00 fee or €5.00 if not purchased online)

Participants limit: 1500 total

Toilets and aid station placement: Water (Água Vimeiro) provided at the finish line for 5 km and Kids Race

Prizes: Awards for the top five male and female finishers in the 5 km run and top five male and female teams in the 5 km relay; prizes can be collected up to 30 days after the event at Xistarca facilities

Timing method: Chip timing available only for the 5 km run and relay; chip is integrated in the bib and must not be folded
