3rd Stage - Resistência MTB ADT

The Caminhada da Primavera is a recreational mountain walking event taking place on March 22, 2026, in the parish union of Monte and Queimadela, Fafe. Organized by the Bolota Campestre – Local Development Association, the event promotes outdoor activity and connection with nature.

The walk follows mountain paths and forest roads in the surroundings of the Queimadela Dam, offering participants a scenic route through natural landscapes. With an approximate distance of 10 km and moderate elevation gain, the event provides an accessible outdoor experience suitable for participants of different ages.

Open to participants of all ages (with minors accompanied by an adult), the event encourages healthy lifestyles, environmental awareness and community participation in nature-based activities.

The 15th BTT da Silva is a mountain bike race scheduled for March 22, 2026. The event features a challenging approximately 40 km course through trails, rural paths, and municipal roads.

Open to participants aged 18 and over, with special conditions for those aged 14 to 17 requiring parental authorization. The race includes categories for general classification, E-Bikes, and age groups, with a special prize for the largest team.

The race atmosphere combines physical challenge with natural landscapes and a spirit of camaraderie, organized with start boxes of 50 riders each, ensuring a well-structured competition.

The I Passeio de Cicloturismo da Feira do Queijo da Serra da Estrela is a non-competitive cycling tour taking place on March 22, 2026, in Fornos de Algodres, Guarda. The event features a 50 km route starting and finishing at Bairro das Capelas, with a refreshment stop in the parish of Muxagata.

This event is open to all participants and aims to promote physical activity, social interaction, and the local Serra da Estrela Cheese Fair in a healthy and community-focused atmosphere. The ride is accompanied by an ambulance and a sweep vehicle to ensure safety.

Participants will enjoy a convivial environment with included lunch, finisher medals, and recognition awards for the youngest, oldest, largest team, and participant from the greatest distance.

The 2H Resistência Duraiza is a mountain bike endurance race (Cross-Country Resistência – XCR) taking place on March 22, 2026, in Almograve, Beja. The race consists of a 2-hour continuous competition on a closed and marked circuit.

Open to both licensed and non-licensed athletes aged 16 and above (with parental authorization for minors), the event features individual and team (duplas) categories for men and women across various age groups. The course is mainly on trails and forest paths, emphasizing off-road cycling skills.

The race promotes sport, social interaction, and mountain biking practice, with trophies awarded to the top finishers in each category.
