1st Leg of Tábua / 2nd Mile of Tábua Jovem
Event summary
The 1st Légua de Tábua and 2nd Milha de Tábua Jovem “O Encanto das Beiras” is a road running event taking place on April 25, 2026, in the center of Vila de Tábua, Portugal. The event features two main distances: the traditional mile (1609.34 meters) and the 5,000 meters Légua.
Open to athletes of all ages and categories from Bambis to Veterans, both federated and non-federated, representing clubs, schools, associations, or individually. The event is part of the Sub14/Infantis Mile District Championship, the Légua District Championship, and the ADAC District Road Race Circuit.
The race courses are homologated and certified by the Portuguese Athletics Federation and World Athletics, ensuring official recognition and competitive standards. The event offers a festive atmosphere with multiple age categories and team competitions.

Prizes: Individual prizes for top 3 in all age categories; team prizes for top 3 teams in Légua based on points system
