What are the minimum age requirements?

The minimum age is 18 years for the long race (25 km) and 16 years for the short race (10.5 km).

Where and when can I pick up my bib?

Bib pick-up (check-in) is at Ginásio Galo Active Health Club on June 25 from 18:00 to 20:00 and June 26 from 12:30 to 20:00. There is no secretariat on race day.

What is the maximum time allowed to complete the races?

The long race has a 5-hour limit, and the short race has a 3-hour limit.

Is there mandatory equipment?

Yes, participants must carry mandatory equipment including bib, backpack, minimum 1-liter water container, thermal blanket, waterproof jacket, operational mobile phone, reserve food, whistle, and a cup of at least 15 cl.
