16th MTB Raid SodiGás – Margens do Cávado

The MOINHOS CHALLENGE 2026 is an obstacle race taking place on May 31, 2026, in Capela, Penafiel. The race starts at 09:30 with a course approximately 12 km long featuring natural and artificial obstacles of varying difficulty along trails within the parish.

Participation is open to athletes aged 16 and over, with individual and team categories (2 or 4 members, mixed teams allowed). The event promotes personal challenge, team spirit, and connection with nature, offering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.

The 14th edition of the 3-hour MTB Endurance Race “Engenho Novo” will take place on May 31, 2026, in Paços de Brandão, Portugal. This event is part of the Bike Challenge Resistências Terras De Santa Maria Championship and welcomes all individuals aged 15 and above, with no need for a cycling federation license.

Participants can compete in various categories including Juniors, Elite, Masters, and E-Bikes, with race durations ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the category. The race features a competitive atmosphere with individual and team classifications, including prizes for the top male, female, and E-Bike finishers, as well as the largest team.

The race starts at the entrance of Quinta do Engenho Novo in Paços de Brandão, with facilities including parking and showers available at the nearby GRIB premises. The event offers a challenging endurance format with a focus on mountain biking skills and strategy.

The Grande Prémio Atletismo de São Miguel – Recardães is a running event scheduled for May 31, 2026, in Recardães, Águeda, Portugal. It features a main 10 km race on asphalt, consisting of two large laps of 4 km and one smaller lap of 2 km, as well as a 6 km walking event.

The event welcomes federated and non-federated athletes, including Inatel members, with free participation for younger categories such as benjamins, infants, initiates, and juveniles. The race includes multiple age categories from children to veterans, making it accessible to a wide range of participants.

Participants will experience a well-organized competition with individual and team classifications, trophies for top finishers, and a festive atmosphere supported by local authorities and volunteers.

The X Street Cross Lustosa is a running event scheduled for May 31, 2026, in Alameda da Igreja, Lustosa / Lousada. The race starts at 9:00 AM and is organized by Associação Desportiva de Lustosa with support from Câmara Municipal de Lousada and União de Freguesias de Lustosa e Barrosas Santo Estêvão.
