• 5 km walk route includes Av. Manuel Remígio, Porto de Abrigo, Estrada to Armazéns, return via Lota

• 10 km race: 3 water stations at 4.5 km, 7.5 km, and finish
• 5 km walk: 2 water stations at 2.5 km and finish
