INTERMUNICIPAL CUP 3H RESISTANCE MTB 2026 - 6 stages
Event summary
The Intermunicipal Cup 3H Resistance MTB is a mountain bike endurance race series consisting of six events held in various locations including Alenquer, Loures, Mafra, Oeiras, Amadora, and Lisbon. The races take place in 2025 and 2026, with the first event scheduled for May 31, 2026.

Participants limit: 500 athletes per event
Age categories/divisions:
• Prova Juvenil BTT: Sub-7 (Pupilos), Sub-9 (Benjamins), Sub-11 (Iniciados), Sub-13 (Infantis), Sub-15 (Juvenis) for both males and females
• Taça Inter-Municipal 3H Resistência BTT: Sub-17 (Cadetes), Sub-19 (Juniores), Sub-23, Elites, Master 30, Master 40, Master 50, Master 60 for both males and females
• E-Bikes: single category for males and females born before 2007 inclusive
Start/finish locations: Various locations including Alenquer, Loures, Mafra, Jamor (Oeiras), Amadora, Monsanto (Lisboa)
Start times per category/distance:
• 3H Resistance events start at 9:00 or 15:00 depending on location
• Juvenile races start 20, 30, or 40 minutes before the end of the 3H race depending on category
Race routes:
• 3H Resistance: approximately 4 to 7 km per lap
• Juvenile races: approximately 1 to 3 km per lap, except Sub7/Sub9 with 500 meters
Timing method: Electronic chip timing
Toilets and aid station placement: Designated zones for technical and supply support; outside these zones support is prohibited
Bib pick-up time and location: Starting 2 hours before each event with ID required
Prizes: Trophies for top 3 overall and per category, including E-Bikes; awards ceremony on November 14, 2026 in Mafra
