• Granfondo without UCI qualification: 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79 (female and male categories as specified)
• Mediofondo without UCI qualification: 19–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59 (male and female categories as specified)
• Individual Time Trial with UCI qualification: 19–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79 (male and female)

Bib pick-up time and location:
• March 27, 15:00–19:00 at Leiria (Praia do Pedrogão) for Time Trial
• March 28, 08:00–12:30 at Leiria (Praia do Pedrogão) for Time Trial
• March 28, 15:00–19:30 at Pombal for Granfondo/Mediofondo
• March 29, 07:30–09:15 at Pombal for Granfondo/Mediofondo

Timing method: Electronic chip timing with individual classification by age and gender

Toilets and aid station placement:
• March 28 (Time Trial): Liquid refreshment at finish zone
• March 29 (Granfondo): 3 aid stations with food and drinks
• March 29 (Mediofondo): 2 aid stations with food and drinks

Prizes:
• Trophies for top 3 in each category counting for UCI Gran Fondo World Series qualification
• Trophies for top 3 in each category not counting for qualification
• Official UCI Gran Fondo World Series jersey for winners of qualifying categories
• Special award for best-humored and fair-play athlete
