Start/finish locations: Start and finish at the inflatable arch of the Municipality of Castro Daire, located in front of the roundabout at the entrance of Granja

• 10:00 – Youth races (Benjamins to Juvenis)
• 10:30 – Seniors and Veterans 10.9 km
• 10:35 – Walk 5.3 km
• 10:40 – Juniors 5 km

• Youth races: circuit perimeter 850 m with laps according to age category
• Walk: 5.3 km with 200 m elevation gain

Toilets and aid station placement: Two intermediate liquid aid stations at 4 km and 7.5 km for seniors and veterans; water available at finish
