• Trail Longo: total 6h, cut-off at 3rd aid station at 5h
• Trail Curto: total 5h, cut-off at 2nd aid station at 4h
• Mini-Trail: total 4h, cut-off at 1st aid station at 3h

Age categories/divisions:
• Trail Longo: 20+ years
• Trail Curto: 18+ years
• Mini-Trail: 16+ years
• Caminhada: no minimum age, minors advised to be accompanied
• Trail Kids: 5 to 15 years, multiple age groups

Bib pick-up time and location: Secretariado at Multiusos dos Mosteiros, Saturday 17:00–22:00 and Sunday 07:00–08:30

Surface types: Mountain trails, dirt roads, single tracks, some asphalt and grass in Trail Kids

Course format: Semi-autonomous trail running with marked routes using red tape and directional signs

• Trail Longo: ~31 km, ~1600m elevation gain
• Trail Curto: ~20 km, ~900m elevation gain
• Mini-Trail: ~12 km, ~550m elevation gain
• Caminhada: ~10 km, ~450m elevation gain
• Trail Kids: various short distances from 200m to 2500m by age group

Timing method: Electronic chip timing with manual backup

Toilets and aid station placement:
• Trail Longo: 3 aid stations on course (km 9, 17, 25) plus finish
• Trail Curto: 2 aid stations on course (km 9, 17) plus finish
• Mini-Trail: 1 aid station on course (km 8) plus finish
• Caminhada: 1 aid station on course (km 7) plus finish

Prizes: Finisher prizes, awards by category and overall for Trail Longo, Curto, and Mini-Trail; trophies for largest team and top 3 teams in Trail Longo and Curto
