Event summary
The 4th Trail RFM Monsanto is a trail running event taking place on March 15, 2026, in Lisbon’s Monsanto Forest Park. It offers a Long Trail of over 17 km, a Short Trail/Walk of over 10 km, and a Cãominhada (dog walk) of 6 km, all starting and finishing at the Grupo Renascença headquarters in Quinta do Bom Pastor.

Timing method: Electronic chip timing with individual and team classifications
Toilets and aid station placement: Water and fruit at aid stations; semi self-sufficiency with refill points
Prizes:
• Trail Longo and Curto: trophies for top 3 overall male and female, top 3 teams, and most numerous team
• All participants receive a technical t-shirt and medal
