Runners will experience challenging routes through the Douro River, Bestança valley, Montemuro mountain range, and Ladário Park, featuring technical singletracks, significant elevation gain, and diverse natural landscapes.     The Rota de Lafões BTT is a mountain biking event taking place on June 7, 2026, in Oliveira de Frades, Viseu.     Póvoa de Lanhoso Urban Fit
