Bib pick-up time and location: From 15:00 to 18:00 the day before, or from 07:30 to 10:00 on race day at the event location

Course format: 5 km and 10 km obstacle courses with 20 and 30 obstacles respectively

Race routes: Marked with yellow ribbons and signs; details sent in Athlete Guide 10 days before the event

Timing method: Electronic timing with penalties applied for obstacles not completed properly

Toilets and aid station placement: Toilets and aid stations with water and fruit along the route and at the finish

Prizes: Medals for all finishers; financial prizes and medals for top 3 in general and age groups; trophies for top 3 teams
